Which channels can I connect?

Prospectly supports WhatsApp, Telegram bots and website chat. Each channel has its own connection steps and provider requirements.

Can my team reply instead of AI?

Yes. Your team can take over a conversation. AI replies depend on your inbox configuration and can be paused for human handling.

What does the AI use to answer?

You can configure AI replies with your business knowledge. The quality of the source material and your agent settings matter. Your team should review the setup before enabling replies.

Is a card required for the trial?

Yes. The trial lasts 14 days and requires a card. Review your selected plan and cancel before the trial ends if you do not want the subscription to continue.

Are messaging and AI costs included?

Check your plan for Included AI allowances and whether bring-your-own-key (BYOK) is available. Provider charges, including applicable WhatsApp messaging charges, are separate.
